Do you serve food?
We only make sandwiches and soup on Sundays, our day off. Bohemia strives to serve the finest and freshest coffee, and that is what we like to concentrate on. We serve a nice selection of baked goods from Stickboy Bakery that go great with a nice cup of coffee. If you are interested in lunch or dinner, we would be happy to recommend one of our favorite restaurants in the area.

When do you do wine tastings ?
Bohemia is now serving wine from New Rivery Winery, Ashe County's first official winery! We offer wine tastings, wine by-the-glass and bottle sales. Wines are available to taste after 11 am, each day. Bottle sales are available anytime during our normal operating hours.

What time do you close on Fridays & Saturdays?
We close at 5:30 everday but when we have live music scheduled, we will reopen at 6:30 pm. Check out our Gigs page for more information.

Where did the name Bohemia come from?
We have always had a dream of creating a place where artists, musicians, writers and other creative types could gather. The name Bohemia beckons back to 19th Century Paris and the Bohemian Movement, where individuals lived an unconventional artist life and self-expression was considered the highest value. The name Bohemia seemed the perfect fit for our vision.

Where do you get your coffee from?
We are proud to serve coffee roasted by Counter Culture Coffee in Durham, North Carolina. Counter Culture coffees are fair-trade, certified organic and just taste great!
